Abstract:To study the dynamic characteristics and damping mechanism of impact-contact and friction between the tips of blades, the LuGre model was applied into the impact-contact and friction model between the tips of blades, which was programmed to obtain the dynamic characteristics and damping mechanism of impact-contact and friction between the tips of blades. Meanwhile, the effects of some parameters, including the clearance between the tips of the blades, the Static friction coefficient and kinetic friction coefficient, on the blades’ vibration reduction were studied. In addition, the deformation of the mane was analyzed and the LuGre model friction model was conditional simplified. Finally, the bifurcation characteristics of this new impact-contact and friction model was figured and analyzed. Consequently, the conclusion was conducted that the friction characteristics in the pre-sliding stage between the tips of blades can be well demonstrated by LuGre model.
