Abstract: In order to accurately measure the dynamic parameters of the fuse in the chamber and flight process, A mini-tester that can be placed inside the fuse was designed in the article, and three-axis acceleration, chamber pressure, speed and other parameters of fuse was successfully obtained in emission and flight process. Fuse emission process can be divided into four stages according to the measured signal characteristics: shell start-up section, high chamber pressure accelerate section, out of chamber before the transition section and out of muzzle section. Acceleration is relatively large in high chamber pressure acceleration section and out of muzzle section among them, but the acceleration of the former is characterized by high oscillation frequency and small amplitude, the latter peak acceleration is higher, and the oscillation cycle is long and the large amplitude. It is generally believed that out of muzzle section is more destructive for the fuse, and fuses design technical personnel need to attract the attention. Data obtained by the tester is accurate and reliable, and is an important basis for fuse design, development, failure analysis and performance evaluation.
