Dynamic Model of Space High Quality Microgravity Active Vibration Isolation System

Abstract: The paper firstly reviews the latest development of microgravity vibration isolation technology .On the basis of in-troducing the magnetically levitation vibration isolation, A design frame of high quality microgravity vibration isolation system are analyzed and the linear dynamic model is inferred. By comparing the simulation results, it’s suitable for controller design, in-stead of non-linear model.
