Effect of Different Supporting Rigidities on Dynamic Characteristics Integrity of the Pipeline Conveying Fluid

Abstract:the supporting of the pipeline conveying fluid is one of the most influential factors on its dynamic characteristics. The supporting position and rigidity changes will cause the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline conveying fluid change. Based on the fluid-structure interaction, and simplified the supporting as an equivalent mass and the spring with six directions rigidity coefficients, the natural frequencies and relative amplitude values of pipeline conveying fluid were analyzed in different supporting rigidities. And then the effect of different supporting rigidities on dynamic characteristics integrity of the pipeline conveying fluid was studied and evaluated. The result shows that choosing an appropriate supporting rigidity can be playing an important role on perfecting the dynamic characteristics integrity of the pipeline conveying fluid.
