Abstract:Mathematical models in time domain for road disturbances including random road disturbances and discreted event road ones were developed. The numerial simulation with the models was carried out.Time-frequency analysis and spectral estimation techniques of wavelet were used to study the simulation of road signals, the characteristics and nature of nonstationary road disturbances were revealed. The study reswlts proide a new approach for pavement damage detection and analysis of vehicle ride comfort analysis.
