Abstract:The fuel cell vehicle had problems in the middle and low–frequency vibration and the gap characterastic of crystal phonon could be used to reduce the vibration of the fuel cell vehicle.The vibration reducing characteristics of the single oscillator and multioscillator crystal phonon beam in the application on the subframe have been studied by FE method. It indicated that the crystal phonon beam did good performance in vibration reducing and multioscillator crystalphonon beam has more gap which can be used in the reduction of multiple-frequencies vibration and noise. The influence of the oscillator periodically arranged structure, the structure of the sub-frame rails and subframe thickness on the vibration reducing characteristics have been studied, which offered a new idea of the application of phononic crystals on automobile for the purpose of reducing vibrations and noises.
