Abstract:A vertical vibration analytical method based on the impact reconstruction technique was proposed to find the fault feature information of vehicle and track accurately by analyzing the vertical vibration signal. The proposed method utilized multi-sensor network to acquire the vehicle vibration signal, then processed the acquired multi-sensor information by information fusion through signal preprocessing, aligned translation and energy enhancement superposition to reconstruct the impact component information of the vibration data, and finally extracted various fault feature information by time-frequency analyzing and processing. An application example shows that various periodic and aperiodic impact caused by vehicle and track can be identified effectively through this method.
