Movement Characteristics Analysis of Motorial Parameters Calibration Apparatus

Abstract:A double slider-crank mechanism was developed to calibrate the motorial parameters testing equipment. The signal of reciprocating linear motion by one slider-crank mechanism developed was as fundamental frequency, the signal of reciprocating linear motion by another slider-crank mechanism developed was as second harmonic frequency, it can be superimposed to produce displacement, velocity and acceleration signal, so as to realize the displacement, velocity, acceleration and multiple parameters calibration. The crank and connecting rod, law of displacement, velocity and acceleration was researched, regularity of inertia force and the slider forces from the angle of kinematics and dynamics, dynamics and kinematics model of double slider-crank mechanism was set up, analyzed double slider-crank mechanism motion law by theoretical analysis, analyzed mechanism motion and mass distribution, calculated the reciprocating inertial force and rotational inertia force. Measurement results indicated that the error of velocity and acceleration was within 1%.
