Abstract:Abstract: A double slider-crank mechanism was developed to calibrate the motorial parameters testing equipment. The displacement, velocity, acceleration and other motorial parameters were generated dynamically and could be modulated in a broad range. The 4 channel high speed data acquisition system was utilized to measure and process the motorial parameters accurately. Based on the design of mechanical structure, control system and measuring system, an advanced feedback control method according to time conjugate and a measurement method according to phase comparison were proposed. Measurement results indicated that the error of velocity and acceleration was within 1%. The apparatus developed in this work can be used for calibration of motorial parameters.
