VIBRATION ISOLATION OPTIMIZATION OF A POWERTRAIN MOUNTING SYSTEM BASED ON SIMULATED ANNEALING AND GENETIC ALGORITHM

Abstract:According to vibration isolation effect of one vehicle powertrain mounting system is insufficient, set natural frequency and decouple rate of mounting system as integrated optimum objective,and used simulated annealing and genetic algorithm (SAGA) to optimize the mounting rates. The optimized results show better natural frequency distribution and higher decouple rate in the major vibration direction. The vehicle vibration isolation test results show the optimized mounting system meet the design requirement.
