植物纤维餐具碗在运输包装环境抗冲击行为有限元分析
为分析运输环境中可降解餐具碗在发泡聚苯乙烯缓冲下的冲击性能,并为此类产品的破坏模式给予评估,利用ABAQUS/Explicit建立碗与发泡聚苯乙烯在跌落冲击下的有限元模型。引入失效准则及单元删除研究餐具碗破损规律,分析跌落速度对碗的影响规律,并与无缓冲包装碗的跌落进行对比。分析碗叠合在缓冲泡沫作用下的冲击响应。结果表明,泡沫缓冲对冲击结果影响较大,可有效避免碗的破损。

Finite element analysis of impact behaviors for biogradable plant fibre bowl with foam cushioning packaging
In order to investigate the impact responses of biogradable bowl made of plant fibre and also evaluate damage mode of this type of products, finite element model of bowl with foam cushioning packaging subjected to drop impact loading conditions was established by ABAQUS/Explicit. Failure criterion and mesh deleting were introduced to study fracture law of plant fibre bowl under free fall loadings. Then the influences of drop velocity and the foam cushion on the dynamic responses of bowl were discussed, and the responses were compared with those of bowl without foam packaging included. Finally impact response of several bowl in sequence as a whole was investigated. It is noted that the effect of foam is noticeable, and avoids the damage extent to which the bowl may experience at the distribution environment.
