Abstract:Large-scale, high-reliability and long-life have become the development trends of wind power equipment. Therefore, the research on dynamic characteristics has great significance in improving design and manufacturing technology of wind turbine. Integral dynamic modeling process is established based on energy flow, material flow, information flow and topological relationship of wind turbine. Furthermore, integral dynamic model is simulated by using SIMULINK, considering wind energy model, wind load model, transmission system model and grid load model. As a result, rotate speed characteristic and power characteristic are similar to operating parameters under the rated condition, which verifies the reliability of this simulation. Moreover, the torque fluctuating amplitude is decreasing from impeller to generator and the torque magnitude of impeller is , while that of generator is . In addition, the torque envelope line of gearbox will be fitted to provide macro boundary condition for gearbox power loss analysis.
