Abstract:In gearbox, due to the rolling bearing fault signal is relatively weak, the traditional rolling element bearing fault diagnosis method is usually hard to extract the bearing fault information from in gear box signal. In order to achieve accurate extraction of bearing fault feature from compound fault in gearbox, a method for bearing fault diagnosis based on cepstrum editing and time domain synchronous average is proposed in this paper. In the proposed method, first of all, using time domain synchronous average technology to enhance gear components from the gearbox signal, then to obtain the lines of gear accurate location in cepstrum analysis, and then weaken the gear components in original mixed signal through cepstrum editing. In this way, the bearing fault feature in gearbox is clear and exact enough to do rolling bearing fault diagnosis. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of this method.
