Abstract:In order to solve idle shake problem for a passenger car, vibration test and analysis was done firstly. Then, powertrain mounting system rigid modal test was done, and the root cause of the idle shake was confirmed. Vehicle 16-DOE CAE model was set up to analyze mounting stiffness sensitivity, and optimized proposals were suggested through the simulation method. The analysis process shows good coincidence with validation results.
