Abstract:Applying the theory of cylindrical cavity expansion, the characteristics of distribution of stress in elastic-plastic zones are studied according to behavior of blasting-induced deformation of rock. The distribution of stress expression of theory is presented. The stress value is validated by the theory of classical explosion mechanics. The results of theoretical calculation analysis keep good consistence with that given by traditional mechanics.
