Abstract:During the transportation for packaging item, the item to absorb the shocks often occur the rotation behavior. A tangent nonlinear cushion model and a vibration equation are established with the consideration of the rotation of the packaging system and the coupling between the degrees of freedom. Then numerical method being used, the boundary surfaces of shock response spectrum and damage boundary are obtained under half-wave sine pulse shock condition. The effects of frequency ratios, viscous damping coefficients, compression limit ratios, environmental system parameters on the response of packaging system are analyzed. The results provide an effective reference to other types packaging item during transportation.
