In order to study the fatigue load spectrum of the front-slider in load maneuvering environment, we select the standard surface of the roadster to develop the test and collect the required signals, which include the scale-hole pavement, waveform pavement, cobblestone pavement and gravel pavement et al. According to the time domain and frequency domain analysis of the measured data, we program the roadster process and compose the representative load sample data, which include the different pavement and its proportion, the different speed and its proportion, and the special working conditions such as braking and barricade. The test data was counted by the method of rain flow counting, and extrapolation was carried out to the target range, and then the load design spectrum and the fatigue test spectrum were complied. The test spectrum is used for the fatigue loading of the front sliding block and the product can be used reliably in the life span, and it can be extended more than three times. This method can effectively predict the wear life of the internal lubrication coating of the front-slider, and provides the references for improving the design of the product and solving similar problems.
