单向双轴振动台与结构相互作用的影响及补偿

Abstract

A transfer function matrix (TFM) from shaking table to structure was established to study the interaction effect between a unidirectional twin-axes shaking table and the tested structure.The effects of the mass ratio between the structure and shaking table, the damping ratio and frequency of the structure, and the moment of inertia ratio between the structure and shaking table on the TFM were investigated.The results show that the mass ratio, damping ratio, and frequency affect the TFM at the natural frequency of the structure and in its surrounding frequency band, while the moment of inertia ratio exerts influence on the TFM at the oil resonance frequency and in its surrounding frequency band.The control performance of the shaking table is reduced with some degree in the affected frequency range.Based on the above research, a real-time compensation control strategy was proposed.With the application of the proposed strategy, the interaction effect is completely compensated in frequency domain, the time waveform correlation coefficient of a random wave is improved by 37.90% and the root mean value of the error is reduced by 72.56% in time domain.The control performance of the shaking table is greatly improved.
