汽车发动机半主动悬置多目标结构优化设计

Abstract Here, dynamic performances of a semi-active engine mount with a controllable orifice in dual-mode operations were studied. The lumped parameter model for the engine mount was established to predict its dynamic characteristics. The sensitivities of parameters were analyzed to take key parameters as design variables to be optimized. The minimization of the force transmission rate between two modes (soft and hard) was taken as the optimization objective. Thus, a multi-objective optimization problem was developed. Furthermore, NSGA-II algorithm was employed to find optimal design parameters for the semi-active engine mount. The simulation and test results showed that the semi-active engine mount after optimization has a lower force transmission rate within the target interval; the results provide a reference for the development and optimal design of semi-active engine mounts with high performances.
