Abstract:The force state of the vehicle system is more complex than that of the straight line when high-speed trains pass through the curve, and the dynamics response of the train traction gear transmission system is difficult to predict because of the complex vehicle-rail coupling system, it is necessary to studied influence of curve passing parameters on dynamic response of high-speed train traction gear transmission system for judging the running state of the traction gear transmission system The finite element polycondensation method combined with vehicle-rail dynamics, which was used to establish a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of high-speed train by using SIMPACK software, in this way, the variation law of different curve parameters on dynamic response of the gearbox was studied when the trains pass the curve. The results show that the super elevation value and curve radius have different influence on the vibration acceleration of the bearing of the gearbox, and have a great impact on the amplitude variation of transmission error peak-peak value and radial force of gear pair, and have a little effect on the amplitude variation of the time-vary meshing stiffness, contact stress, axial force and circumferential force.
