Abstract:Establish the dynamic model of the folding empennage mechanism,the folding empennage unfolded motion law was obtained . According to design requirements of empennage mechanism and design criteria of torsion spring , the optimization model of the driving torsion spring parameters was established. Using Simulated Annealing Algorithm(SAA), the optimal parameters of torsion spring is obtained by computer program using Visual Basic. The finite element model of folding empennage mechanism was established, the numerical simulation of original and optimized design parameters were carried out . Simulation results show that the impact load of the optimized design decreased by 23.2% with the empennage unfolded time meeting the design requirement.
