Abstract: The influence of air spring pressure variation on the main engine alignment is analyzed by an established model. Results show that the alignment calculation model can be linearized within a certain pressure range. The error induced by this linearization is analyzed. A simplified optimization control algorithm for alignment is presented based on the analysis. The experiment results show that the linearized model and the control algorithm are effective.
