Dynamica Characteristic Analysis of Hydraulic Hoisting Mechanism Based on Modelica

Abstract:This paper sets up a multifield coupling simulation model based on Modelica modeling language and a unified multi-domain modeling and simulation platform named MWorks. The typical operation condition of hoisting from ground suddenly is simulated dynamically with computer. The dynamic characteristics of hydraulic and mechanical parts of the hoisting mechanism are analyzed. Also the effect of the Pump-controlled system is studied. It is shown that mathematical model will properly simulate the hoisting mechanism performance, show the effect of hydraulic coupling and the result of this study provides a theoretical basis for the design of the hydraulic hoisting mechanism for truck and crawler cranes.
