Abstract:In the passive piezoelectric vibration method, the parameters of branch circuit is sensitive to environmetal changes, and the branch circuit will become complex with the increase of model number. The active piezoelectric vibration control method requires higher input power. Aiming at these problems, the paper presents an active-passive control method, which based on the voltage controlled charge source and the wavelet transformation adaptive algorithm. Firstly, the voltage controlled charge source is designed according to the equivalent circuit of piezoelectric film, and the principle of the active-passive control method is described detailedly. This paper uses the wavelet transform adaptive algorithm for adjusting the control voltage of the charge source. Finally, in order to verify the proposed active-passive method, the experimental platform which is an alloy rectangular thin plate clamped with stiff base is set-up using the dSPACE real-time simulation platform and the elements of analog circuit and piezoelectric. The experiment is carried under sinusoidal and white noise excitation. The experimental results show the proposed control method not only can suppress effectively the single mode and multimode vibration produced by sinusoidal signal, and also can suppress effectively the vibration produced by white noise signal.
