Abstract:Real-time measurement of liquid-solid two phase flow parameters on production process control and reliable operation is of great significance. As the existing defects in solid particles detection of the liquid-solid system, developed a acoustic emission detection device of liquid-solid flow, and launched the indoor evaluation test. The design of acoustic emission testing instument for collecting sand signals in the liquid-solid flow, also composed a specialized software, extracted the acoustic emission signals of sand size and concentration under laboratory conditions. The results show that, the sand size and concentration are of a good correlation with the power spectrum amplitude, the system can effectively detect the sand with concentration of more than 0.2%, and size of larger than 100 mesh.
