Abstract: On basis of theoretical analysis of a shell stiffness and deformation, vibration and warping deformation of back cover of a computer display were analyzed with modal shapes of the first 20 modes, a revision proposal was given. It could solve the problem that it was difficult to perform accurate analysis of stiffness and strength of a shell plastic part due to finite element simulations with many theoretical assumptions and boundary conditions. The proposal could provide an important guide for correcting its structural design to reduce its unreasonableness and increase its stiffness.
