Abstract:When the linear motor working in the underground, the stator and mover are reciprocating. In the long-term impact exercise, stress can cause fatigue damage at the end of shock rod damping groove of linear motor. Using Pro / E software for three-dimensional linear motor, and based on the theory of fatigue life prediction, we use ANSYS Workbench finite element model. And for the impact of the process, a virtual simulation of fatigue in a short time to obtain electrical shock rod fatigue life prediction, safety factor and dangerous parts and other information. So it is a quickly and effectively method to determine the part of the force, reliability, fatigue life, etc. Based on the current issue, An effectively method will be improved. It is also an effective way to shorten the product design cycle, and the selection of materials, structural optimization design method to rapidly respond.
