Abstract:To achieve the super-Gaussian random vibration test control in engineering, a super-Gaussian random vibration test control strategy based on the Poisson process is proposed in terms of its control theory. The required filter is designed by taking reference spectrum, the signal value according to Possion points produced in Poisson process obeys to normal distribution, the drive signal acted on control system is generated by using convolution algorithm between signal value and filter, which simultaneously achieves control to the power spectrum and kurtosis of the control system, furthermore, both of them are able to be controlled independently. The simulation and experiment indicate that the error between output response spectrum and reference spectrum based on the proposed control algorithm satisfies the requirement ±3dB in engineering and kurtosis with high control accuracy also conforms to demands in practice.
