Abstract:A steady holographic-order spectrum method is presented and applied to extract weak fault characteristics of accelerating process’s signal of gear box. Firstly, the influence of rotate speed fluctuation to the precision of traditional order method is analyzed, and an improved order method based on rotate speed adjustment is constructed, the improved order spectrum of horizontal and vertical accelerating process’s signal is analyzed by holographic spectrum, so the steady holographic-order spectrum is constructed, and compare with the traditional order analysis result of single test point’s signal. Experiment’s results show that the improved order spectrum can restrain the influence of rotate speed fluctuation to equal angle sampling and improve the precision of order analysis, so the steadiness of holographic-order spectrum is enhanced efficiently; Compared with order spectrum of single measurement point in horizontal or vertical direction, the steady holographic-order spectrum can not only be used to analyze the accelerating process’s signal, but also to fuse the information of different points, and the steady holographic-order spectrum’s quantified parameters can estimate the technic status of the object to be diagnosed more accurately. It proves that the steady holographic-order spectrum is an effective method to extract weak fault characteristics fully and reliably by analyzing accelerating process’s signal.
