Abstract:With the help of finite element program, the structure transformation and overloading response are analyzed in the penetration process of missile to ship. The position information of warhead in cabin is obtained, which gives rise to initial condition of inner explosion. Then, cabin model is designed and inner-explosion experiments are carried out. The simulated research showed that anti-missile penetrates the shipboard which makes large overload to fuse and main charge. Experimental results show that total structure is collapsed when it faces high detonation wave. Owing to weak strength of welding positions, the high pressure leak from there originally. Being good absorption of shock wave energy, thick board is not broken but cupped partially. Thick board can prevent vital cabin from damaged even though the ship suffers from inner explosion.
