Abstract:A new dynamic gluing algorithm that can be used to solve rigid-flexible and flexible-flexible contact problems of multibody system was established. Assemble matrix and interface flexibility matrix construct the gluing matrix, which is used to exchange contact force and displacement of contact pairs. Assemble matrix and interface flexibility matrix will change due to contact position changing, gluing matrix need to update every time step. Using this algorithm, two contacted structure of rigid-flexible coupling system can be decomposed into independent subsystems, which can be simulated in independent program or software. Dynamic gluing algorithm was used to simulate rigid and flexible body contact and the results are almost same as coupling simulation results with unified equation.
