Optimization Design for Vibration Isolation Performance of Loader’s Powertrain Mounting System

Abstract:The frequency and decoupling ratio of a loader’s powertrain mounting system are optimized in order to improve its isolation performance. The mount stiffness and position are selected as design variables. The results show that optimal frequencies are more rational, and the optimal decoupling ratios in Z and directions are increased significantly. The reliability of the optimal scheme is higher than the original one. Experimental results show that vibration isolation performance of the powertrain mounting system is significantly improved.
