Analysis of acceleration load response of elastic support for aviation hydraulic line

Stress under the acceleration load analysis is one of the key problems in the design of the hydraulic pipeline. Based on re-sponse spectrum analysis method, the stress response of aviation hydraulic pipeline under the action of was studied. The dynamic model of the fixed support hydraulic pipeline was established by using the "beam" model, and the natural frequency of the pipeline was solved. Then the finite element model was established to analyze the natural frequency of the pipeline. The accuracy of the dynamic model and the finite element model was verified by the hammer test which reached. The response spectrum analysis of the elastic support pipeline was carried out with the acceleration load which showed the maximum stress position appeared in the supporting position. On the basis of the analysis, change the acceleration loads and support stiffness. The simulation results showed that the relationship between maxi-mum stress and acceleration is linear, and the relationship between maximum stress and stiffness is nonlinear.
