Study on Floor Vibration Comfort of Wuhan Railway Station under High Speed Train

Abstract: Much attention has been paid on the demand on building comfort with the development of people’s life quality. The special structure form, which called unification of station and bridge, is divided into two substructures: train-bridge and bridge-large span steel structure substructure. The reactions are obtained by the train-bridge substructure and dynamic responses of large span steel structure are calculated based on the reactions. The vibration comfort of different level floors is evaluated based on International Standard, in which the different floors are divided into several sub-regions and the vibration comfort of each sub-region is evaluated individually. The results show that the floors of Wuhan railway station can satisfy the demand of comfort. The correction of evaluation results is verified by site measurement on the floor of Wuhan railway station. The evaluation method for floor vibration comfort in the paper can provide reference for similar structures in future in China.
