Abstract:The axial disturbance on the head of supercavitation vehicles is considered, and the governing equations for dynamic stability of submarine vehicles are derived, then the numerical calculation for the dynamic instability problem of submarine vehicles is performed by Bolotin’s method, corresponding curves of the critical frequency are obtained and the effects of the load parameters and the vehicle parameters on the primary unstable region are analyzed, the results provided a sort of theory foundation for the security evaluation of supercavitation vehicles.
