摘要

利用谐波平衡法中谐波分量的特征分析双碰摩故障转子系统的动力学特性,以碰摩故障转子系统响应的谐波分量与无故障转子系统频率响应函数矩阵中对应元素成比例为依据,利用原无故障转子系统和发生双碰摩故障后的转子系统三点响应中任意一阶谐波分量之差,提出了双碰摩故障转子系统碰摩位置的定量诊断方法。通过碰摩故障前后转子三个测点的振动响应数据就可以分别确定双碰摩故障转子系统的两个碰摩位置,并采用数值模拟仿真实验验证了方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract

Dynamic of double rubbing fault in rotor system was analyzed by harmonic component characteristic in harmonic balance theory, method for quantitative diagnosis double rubbing fault locations in rotor system was proposed based on that the ratio of harmonic component of rubbing fault responses is equal to the ratio of corresponding element in frequency response function matrix of fault-free in rotor system and the difference between the any one order harmonic component of fault-free and fault in the three nodes responses is utilized. The double rubbing fault locations in fault rotor system is identified by the three nodes vibration response data in rubbing fault-free and fault rotor respectively, the correctness and feasibility of the method are verified by the numerical simulation experiment.
