轮对结构弯曲及型面磨耗对高速列车振动性能的影响
高速列车服役过程中,轮对结构弯曲及高速列车服役中改变最大的轮对磨耗因素均会对车辆性能造成很大影响。本文考虑高速轮对的三阶弯曲模态的影响,根据某型高速动车组分别建立考虑不同轮对弯曲变形的动力学模型,依次分析轮对各阶弯曲模态在整个服役周期内不同磨耗状态下车辆稳定性及各向振动的变化,并得出如下结论。轮对一阶弯曲对车辆稳定性和振动性能影响最大,临界速度下降约10%,振动加速度上升明显,而二三阶弯曲对临界速度影响不大。通过不同工况下车辆整备频率的分析可知,考虑轮对一阶弯曲后,车辆整备频率的变化及轮对弯曲频率是造成上述变化的主要原因。

Influence of Wheelset Structural Elastics and Profile Wear on the Vibration Performance of High-speed Trains
Both wheel wear and the bending mode of wheel flexible have great effects on vehicle performances. Dynamics model with three different bending modes of wheelset are built separately according to the high-speed train which is on service in Wu-Guang railway. Vehicle stability and vibration performances are studied under different bending modes of wheelset while considering wheel wear which is the biggest change factor in service. It comes to a conclusion that the first-order bending mode has great influence on vehicle service performance while the second order and the third can be almost neglected. The critical speed is declined about 10% of the first bending mode and the vertical acceleration of wheelset grows faster. The bending frequency of the flexible wheelsets and the changing of preparation frequency of the whole vehicle are the primary reason of the vehicle performances decline.
