摘要:从工程应用出发,对比研究了18-8不锈钢Fe-Cr-Mo阻尼合金圆桶试样在自由和受迫振动条件下噪声的响应规律,同时还研究了激振力大小对两试样噪声响应峰值的影响以及两试样的隔声降噪性能。研究结果表明:无论自由振动条件下,还是受迫振动条件下,Fe-Cr-Mo阻尼合金都表现出较低的噪声响应性能。随着激振力的增大,两试样的噪声响应峰值均增大,但Fe-Cr-Mo阻尼合金试样的响应峰值较18-8不锈钢试样明显降低;Fe-Cr-Mo阻尼合金试样隔声时,较18-8不锈钢更能显著地降低了声源的噪声。
Abstract:Based in background of engineering application,how noise generatedunder free vibration and forced vibration with a Fe-Cr-Mo alloy component was studied compared compared with the 18-8 stainless steel component,the Fe-Cr-Mo alloy revealed lower noise response and higher damping performance.The effects of exciting force value on the peak of noise response and sound attenuation property of the two components were also studied.The results indicated that with increase in exciting force,the peak noise of both components correspondingly increased,but the peak noise of the peak noise of the Fe-Cr-Mo alloy was significantly lower than that of the 18-8 stainless steel component.The results also indicated that the Fe-Cr-Mo alloy component as a moise enclosure reduced the noise more than the 18-8 stainless steel one did.
