摘要

通过弹性薄壳无矩理论建立弧形管平衡方程和物理方程,推导出弧形管轴向变形与轴端受力参数关系式,从而给出了弧形管平衡性和静刚度的参数化计算方法;分析了弧形管平衡性与静刚度的影响因素以及两者之间的联系。结果表明,在几何结构确定的条件下,弧形管平衡性与静刚度取决于弹性模量和厚度的乘积,乘积越大,平衡性越好、静刚度越大,反之,则平衡性越差、静刚度越小。

Abstract

Abstract According to elastic thin shell theory, balance and physics equations of Flexible Arc Pipes are set up in this article. The parametric correlation expression between axial deformation and axial force is deduced. Consequently, parameterized calculation method on equilibrium performance and static stiffness is presented. The influencing factors of equilibrium performance and static stiffness of the pipe are analyzed. As a result, when the structure geometry is decided, the pipe equilibrium performance and static stiffness lie on the product of elasticity module and thickness. The smaller of the product, the better of equilibrium performance and the larger of static stiffness. Otherwise, the worse of equilibrium performance and the smaller of static stiffness.
