船舶主机空气弹簧隔振装置输出轴对中姿态实时监测研究
STUDY ON OUTPUT SHAFT ALIGNMENT ATTITUDE REAL_TIME MONITORING OF A MARINE MAIN ENGINE AIR MOUNTING SYSTEM
摘 要 基于刚体姿态描述方法一般理论,通过合理简化,建立刚体姿态监测数学模型,并针对船舶主机空气弹簧隔振装置,研究出一种新的输出轴对中姿态实时监测方法,然后通过仿真、实验结果对该方法进行了分析、验证。仿真结果表明姿态监测模型计算误差很小,可被忽略;实验结果表明该方法具备良好的工程应用可行性。
Abstract A mathematic model of solid attitude monitoring is worked out based on the generic formulating theory of solid attitude and reasonably approximate disposal. And a new way of output shaft alignment attitude real-time monitoring is excogitated for a marine main engine air mounting system. Then the way is analyzed and validated by simulated and testing results. The simulated results show that the error of the mathematic model of solid attitude monitoring is very small and can be ignored. The testing results show that this way has good capability in engineering use.
