摘 要:在高速、高精度卧式加工中心的动态设计中,通过动态测试的方法获得导轨结合面的特性参数并将其应用到数字仿真模型中,提高了模型的精度。在加工中心的结构优化设计过程中,提出了基于ICM法的结构拓扑优化,对主要部件的拓扑优化设计,提高了加工中心的动静态特性。针对加工中心在工作过程中不可避免的共振问题,巧妙利用机床的附属设备设计了抑制振动的调谐阻尼器。

Abstract

Abstract: In the dynamic design of high speed and high precision horizontal machining center, the contact parameters of guide surfaces had been acquired by the dynamic tests and they had been applied to the numerical simulation model to improve accuracy of the simulation model. The structural optimization based on ICM (independent continuous mapping) topology optimization theory, a new topology optimization method considering undesigning aggregates was put forward in the structural optimization design of machining center, was applied to design of the leading parts to improve both the static and dynamic properties of machining center. To the unavoidable resonance problems in the machine, using machine accessories a tuned damper was ably designed to control the vibration of machine.
