摘 要 采用Kaimal谱根据一元多维平稳过程数值模拟法对顺风向风速时程进行随机模拟,获得了随机风载荷时程。在此风载荷作用下,对浮吊臂架有限元模型分别在忽略间隙和考虑间隙时进行动力学时域分析,发现臂架根部和铰支座之间的轴向间隙会增强臂架的水平面内横向振动,验证了脉动风载荷是引起横向振动的主要原因。在此基础上,提出使用橡胶弹簧填充间隙的弹性支承方式来减小臂架横向振动的新构想。研究了橡胶弹簧长度、硬度的改变对臂架横向振动固有频率、位移和支反力峰值的影响,得到了橡胶弹簧的最佳设计参数。当弹簧长度在200mm ~ 400mm、硬度在30 ~ 50时,减振效果最佳:臂架头部位移峰值较有间隙支承时减小13%以上。仿真结果表明使用橡胶弹簧填充臂架与铰支座之间间隙的方法对减小浮吊臂架横向振动是有效可行的。

Abstract

Abstract Based on Kaimal spectrum, a stochastic simulation for along-wind velocity time history is generated with the numerical method of a multidimensional homogeneous process. Applying the acquired stochastic wind load to the FEM model of the 7500t floating crane’s boom, time-domain dynamic analyses are respectively implemented in the conditions of the clearance considered or ignored, which shows that the axial clearance between boom root and pin hinge will intensify the wind-induced lateral vibration of the boom in the horizontal plane, and also illustrates that dynamic wind load is the primary cause of the vibration. Hence, a new method of filling the clearance with rubber spring is proposed in order to reduce lateral vibration. By studying the influence of altering rubber spring’s length and hardness on natural frequency, the maximal displacement, as well as the peak reaction force value to the boom, the optimal parameters of rubber spring are obtained. When the length of rubber spring is about 200mm to 400mm and Shore hardness is about 30 to 50, the optimal effect of vibration reduction is achieved: the maximal displacement decreases by more than 13%, comparing with that in the condition of the clearance considered. It shows that the proposed method of filling the clearance between boom root and pin hinge with rubber spring is feasible for lateral vibration reduction.
