摘要

根据相关核安全法规的要求,核电厂中所有的抗震I类设备均应进行抗震鉴定,以保证能承受安全停堆地震和运行基准地震载荷,并保证在地震发生时和地震后均能履行其安全功能。本文采用分析方法对抗震I类设备柴油发电机组进行抗震鉴定,对包括柴油机、发电机、齿轮箱和公共底架在内的柴油发电机组建立有限元模型进行抗震分析,并根据相关规范和标准对柴油发电机组各部件进行应力评定和强度校核,对柴油发电机组在地震载荷下的结构完整性作出评定。在此基础上对不同模态数扩展下的谱分析结果和静力系数法的计算结果进行比较研究。

Abstract

According to the requirements of nuclear safety codes, a seismic qualification should be performed to any equipment classified as seismic category I in nuclear power plants, to ensure that the equipment can withstand the effects of safe shutdown earthquake or operating basis earthquake and can perform its safety function during and after the time it is subjected to the earthquake. The seismic qualification to a diesel-generator assembly was performed in the analysis method and a finite element model of the diesel-generator assembly including the diesel engine, generator, gear increaser and common under frame was built. The intensity of every component was checked per the corresponding standards and codes and the structure integrity of the diesel-generator assembly under seismic loads was evaluated. And the different between spectrum analysis with varied expand modes and static coefficient analysis was discussed on the basis of the seismic analysis.
