摘要

从解决工程应用问题出发,分别利用加速度传感器与应变传感器,在20 Hz~400 Hz范围内,采用相同的实验方法对比研究了0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、1 100bC退火态与冷轧态Fe-16Cr-2. 5Mo合金悬臂梁在宽频带激励下的减振性能。研究结果表明,热处理对Fe-16Cr-2. 5Mo合金梁的减振性能有很大的影响,自由振动下退火态悬臂梁的振动加速度和应变衰减较冷轧态与0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢显著;受迫振动下退火态悬臂梁的振动加速度峰值与应变峰值0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢与冷轧态有明显的下降。

Abstract

Acceleration sensors and strain sensorswere used to study damping properties ofaFe-16Cr-2. 5Mo alloy cantileverbeam and a 18-8 stainless steel cantileverbeam in frequency range of20Hz~ 400Hz under identical experimental conditions. The results indicated that the acceleration and strain of the Fe16Cr-2. 5Mo alloy beam (annealed at 1100e) decaymore significantly comparedwith those of the 18-8 stainless steelone. The results also showed that the acceleration peaks and strain peaks of the Fe-16Cr-2. 5Mo alloy beam are obviously lower than those of the 18-8 stainless steel one.
