以柱形磁致伸缩换能器为对象,建立了其辐射板在磁致伸缩棒通过弹簧作用下的运动模型,给出了求解方法和级数解并讨论了弹簧刚度对辐射板振幅的影响,对合理确定换能器辐射板结构、尺寸和弹簧刚度以及优化系统工作参数等具有指导意义。
This paper studies the forced vibration behavior of magnetostrictive actuator eradiation plate excited by a variable force due to displacement excitation produced by magnetostrictive bar inside the magnetostrictive actuator through a single elastic ring between concentric point of the plate and the end of the bar. Meanwhile, the influence of elastic coefficient of the ring on amplitude of plate vibration is discussed also. The calculating model and the analytic method discussed in the paper are useful to determine the structure and the dimension of eradiation plate as well as to optimize the working parameter matched in the system.
