提出了一种新颖的基于希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transformation,HHT)的瞬时能量分布特征抽取方法,用于识别汽轮发电机组转子系统的不同运行状态(如正常及油膜涡动故障等)。理论上分析了瞬时能量与系统结构状态变化的物理联系,借助HHT方法,获取非平稳振动信号的瞬时能量分布特征,并根据瞬时能量相对贡献的量化方法消除噪声等干扰因素,采用相关系数法对瞬时能量分布特征的典型性进行论证分析,给出了基于瞬时能量分布特征的汽轮发电机组转子系统故障诊断的新方法。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
In order to catch typical fault characteristics of steam turbine generator set rotor under nonlinear and nonstable instance, a new instantaneous energy (IE) distribution characteristics extraction method based on Hilbert-Huang transformation (HHT), which is used to recognize different operating state (such as normal state or oil film turbulence of rotor system. Analyzed physical relationship in theory between instantaneous energy and structural state variation of system, by the use of HHT, obtained instantaneous energy distribution feature of unstable vibration signal, and eliminated noise according to relative contribution quantization -based method, discussed the typical character of instantaneous energy using correlative coefficient, presented a new fault diagnosis method for steam turbine generator set rotor based on instantaneous energy distribution feature, and the results of experiment proves that this kind of method is effective.
