双曲正切包装系统关键部件三维冲击谱研究¶
THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHOCK SPRCTRUM OF HYPERBOLIC TANGENT NONLINEAR PACKAGING SYSTEM WITH CRITICAL COMPONENT
研究双曲正切包装系统关键部件脉冲响应特性。建立二自由度非线性产品包装系统模型,得到冲击动力学方程并数值求解。依据结果得到关键部件三维冲击谱,并进一步讨论了频率比、阻尼、脉冲激励幅值和系统参数对关键部件冲击谱的影响规律,结果表明,频率比、阻尼、脉冲激励幅值和系统参数对关键部件冲击响应峰值影响显著,研究结论为产品包装设计提供科学依据。
The shock characteristics of a hyperbolic tangent nonlinear packaging system with critical component were investigated under the action of half-sine acceleration pulse. The dynamical model of the system was developed, and the numerical results of the dynamical equations were got. Based on the results,the three-dimensional shock response sprctrum of critical component was obtained.And the effect of the pulse duration, the frequency ratio, the dmaping ratio,the pulse peak acceleration in addition to the defined system parameter on the maximum shock response acceleration of critical component was discussed.It’s shown that all of their effects are noticeable.
