摘要



针对滚动轴承出现故障后的振动特征,根据轴承故障产生机理建立了一个6自由度故障轴承动力学工程模型。模型中充分考虑了由轴承间隙所引起的轴承非线性时变刚度和滚动体滑动等影响因素,并且引入单元谐振器模拟出现故障后轴承元件的高频固有振动。使用龙格库塔数值积分方法分别对滚动轴承外圈、内圈和滚动体局部故障进行动力学仿真和分析,结果与实验基本保持一致,表明该模型在工程应用中具有一定的准确性和实用性。




Abstract

In this paper a simulation model is proposed to study the localized defects of the rolling element bearing. In the model, the effects of internal radial clearance, the time-varying and nonlinear stiffness, the slippage between elements have been taken into account. Simultaneously, a resonance changer was introduced into the model to represent a typical high frequency resonant response of the fault bearing. The dynamics equations were numerically integrated for the outer race, inner race and rolling element local defects model. Analysis of the simulated and experimental vibration signals show preliminarily that the model is successful.
