摘要

自带冠叶片冠间接触碰撞减振结构具有减振、方便安装与检修、制造精度要求低等优点,已广泛用于汽轮机设计制造并在多台汽轮机上安全运行多年,但目前对这种结构的减振机理和减振效果的研究却很不全面。本文结合国内外碰撞振动理论的研究成果,从自带冠叶片的碰撞振动特性、动力学模型、数值方法和实验研究等方面来介绍该领域的研究现状,着重阐述对该领域相关发展方向一些看法,最后展望该领域以后需深入研究的几个关键问题。

Abstract

The integral shroud blades with contact-impact damping structure in tips have advantages of vibration reduction, convenient installation and low precision for manufacture. They have been successfully applied on stream turbines for safe operation over many years. But the researches on the damping mechanism and damping effect for such a structure are rather limited. Combined with researches on vibro-impact theory, the research status of integral shroud blades are summarized from the aspects such as the characteristic of vibro-impact, dynamic model, numerical method and experimental studies. Several key problems for future research are also presented.
