摘要

建立地铁弹性扣件轨道的落轴冲击有限元模型,对目前地铁中采用的三种典型扣件:一般弹性扣件、粘结板式弹性扣件和轨道减振器扣件进行落轴冲击响应仿真分析,对比分析了减振性能,并重点分析扣件质量、刚度对减振性能的影响。分析结果表明:在建模时考虑部件质量、刚度能更好的反映钢轨扣件的实际减振性能,为弹性扣件的设计提供参考价值。

Abstract

Depending on the FEM model of wheel load drop, the dynamic responses are simulated and calculated for different railway structures impacted by a falling wheel-set and the track’s vibration isolation performance compared among the common elastic rail fastener,the felting plate elastic rail fastener and the super-elastic fastener. Especially the dynamic responses are analysed with considering the influence of fastener components parameter (mass and stiffness). The results show that the vibration-reduction and vibration-isolation were improved by considering the parameter of fastener components and supply consultation for the elastic fasteners design.
